Double Page Spread Inspiration

After finishing my cover, although I haven't completely finished it, I need to move on to my double page spread. So like I did with my table of contents, I have searched for some inspiration to draw from. I am still thinking about what exactly I want to make my article about but its most likely going to be about women empowerment or spring makeup trends. The pictures I have included below are all quite similar. As you can tell throughout my magazine, I have been really trying to incorporate more photos than irrelevant words. The inspiration pictures below have many photos and makeup products that make the double page spread very interesting, almost 3D or like a collage which is fun and appealing to the eyes.

I feel as though the pictures included below are all very colorful and have different textures and dimension that add to the spread. Besides these actual photos, there aren't too many words on any of the examples shown below, the only words featured are extremely relevant to the spread and correspond to a specific photo, or phrase, and go along well with the article. However, each article differs in its own way, for example, the first one includes many photos and basically just gives short and brief beauty news which is something similar to what I want to do with the spring makeup trends. I want to give short and brief descriptions about the trend and include a matching photo. However the second example is more storytelling through photographs and maybe a few words to guide the readers, which I am not sure is what I want and goes along well with the potential article I am going to make, but I enjoyed the layout. And the last examples is having one whole side of the double page spread be a picture and the title of the article and the other page still have many photos but also actual written content instead of just short brief sentences to go along with a photo, like the first example. My choice of layout will all depend on the type of article that I will write, which I am going to choose this week
